We coordinate all the vendors to ensure they deliver their services as per the contractual agreement. Duration: 4-6 Months Prior to Wedding Day.
Month-of Wedding Coordination includes, but is not limited to:
Pre-Wedding
- Initial, comprehensive client consultation
- Weekly updates to keep ahead of checklist
- Vendor scheduling, confirmations and coordination
- 1 venue site visit per venue
- 1 hour rehearsal coordination
Wedding Day
- Minimum of 2 on-site event coordinators
- Supervision of set up and styling of decor details
- Set up of personal items such as ceremony program cards, favours, etc
- Liaison between client, venue and vendors
- Assisting with guest coordination, behind-the-scenes and photo shoots
- Managing program details including entrances
- Ensuring itinerary details and times are adhered to
- Foreseeing any issues and providing quick and timely solutions
- Distributing final payments and/or gratuities to vendors
- Attendance available until 11PM and/or late-night set up
- Client access to emergency kit
